It would be great to see the USS Lucid participate in the world wide amateur radio Museum Ships Weekend event every June. I have never heard an MSO on the air. I served as a Captain, US Army in Vietnam in 1968 and 1969, as a Ranger and as a Signal Corps Officer and I coordinated and engineered communications, among other things, for the US Navy in the "parrot's beak area" and for special missions of the Mobile Riverine Force, among other things. I am a retired lawyer now and an active ham radio operator, callsign K6XN.

I was Eng Officer from '65-'68 with two Viet Nam tours. Delighted to hear the LUCID is still with us. Great ship; memorable times, wonderful guys.
